One-on-one online ICT ( Information and Communication Technology ) tuition for Form 1–4 students in Lusaka, Kitwe, Ndola, Kabwe, Chingola and beyond — productivity software, networking, cybersecurity and intro programming, taught by a tutor with real corporate IT experience.
The Syllabus
Built on the ECZ ICT syllabus, module by module.
Every lesson follows what’s examined by the Examinations Council of Zambia (ECZ) at Grade 12 — practical, everyday computing skills, done properly.
1. Digital Literacy
Confident, correct computer operation, file management, and everyday internet use.
2. Productivity Software
Word processing, spreadsheets and presentations — used properly, not just clicked around.
3. Networking Basics
How devices connect, what a network actually is, everyday networking vocabulary.
4. Operating Systems
What an OS does, managing files and settings, comparing common systems.
5. Cybersecurity Basics
Passwords, phishing, safe browsing — practical security habits, not just theory.
6. Intro to Programming
A first, gentle introduction to coding logic and simple problem-solving.
7. Data Management
Collecting, organising and interpreting data — the basics behind every spreadsheet and form.
Where I Teach
Online lessons for students anywhere in Zambia.
All lessons happen by video call, so location never matters — but here’s who I regularly work with:
Lusaka · Kitwe · Ndola · Kabwe · Chingola · Mufulira · Livingstone · Solwezi · Chipata · Kasama
Not on the list? It doesn’t matter — anywhere with a stable internet connection works.
How It Works
Three steps to your first lesson.
Why Learn With Me
Practical computer skills, taught practically.
Corporate IT background — Years using these exact tools and systems at work — not just teaching them from a textbook.
One student at a time — No classroom of 40 sharing one computer. Lessons focus on exactly where you’re stuck.
Hands-on from lesson one — You’ll actually use the software and tools being taught, screen-sharing live, not just reading about them.
Flexible, affordable scheduling — Evening and weekend slots that work with Zambian school hours, at a rate built for Zambian families.
FAQ
Good to know.
Is ICT the same as Computer Studies?
No — they’re separate ECZ subjects. ICT focuses on practical digital skills (office software, networking, security); Computer Studies goes deeper into programming and data structures. Not sure which one you’re taking? Send me your textbook name and I’ll confirm.
Which grades and towns is this for?
Form 1 through Form 4 students preparing for the ECZ Grade 12 exam, anywhere in Zambia — Lusaka, Kitwe, Ndola, Kabwe, Chingola, Mufulira, Livingstone, Solwezi and beyond. Lessons are 100% online.
Do I need my own computer?
A laptop or desktop is best for the software modules, but early topics can be followed on a phone or tablet if that’s what you have.
How do lessons happen?
Live one-on-one video calls, with screen sharing so you can follow along step by step. All you need is a stable internet connection.
